My Voice is a major three year training and employment support project for young people at risk of becoming NEET, delivered by Kingston & Merton Education Business Partnership (KMEBP) and Equal Voice, and funded by the London Development Agency.
My Voice is being offered FREE to learning providers in Bromley, Croydon, Kingston, Merton,
Richmond and Sutton. The programme offers participants:
· Discussion, exercises and role-play to build confidence, communication & interpersonal skills
· Practical advice and activities to develop and practice interview skills
· An inclusive approach to skills teaching, tailored to young people who may be vulnerable or have low self-esteem, and run by experienced practitioners who listen and don’t judge
